This quick and secure process will allow you to receive important documents from your cruise line. This is documentation specific to your cruise, and different from the documents issued by Air Canada Vacations.
How to register? Each cruise line has a specific process for issuing cruise travel documents. You will need your cruise line booking confirmation number provided during bookingto complete the online registration process.
To find the number, look on your Air Canada Vacations invoice.
Travel Documents • Cruise line e-documents are dispatched approximately 3 weeks prior to departure with all necessary documents [ex: vouchers]. • No online check in or Passenger Information online is required. • No pre cruise e-documents are distributed.
Travel Documents • Cruise line travel e-documents will be available to access online after the final payment is made and you have registered required passenger information online. • Regardless of your booking date, Azamara Cruises only issues e-documents. They can be printed from the cruise line’s web site approximately 45 days before sailing.

If booked within 60 days, no voyage booklet will be sent out. • Cruise line e-documents are available to access 40 days prior to voyage to be printed, and your Passenger Information must be registered in order to print and access these e-documents. • No transfer vouchers are sent out by Cunard, they'll be shown on the travel summary. • For last minute bookings, Cunard will take down Passenger Information over phone rather than filling it out online.
Travel Documents • Cruise line travel documents are dispatched 21-14 days prior to sail date by Disney Cruise Line after the final payment is made and you have registered required passenger information online. • In addition to your booking reference number, your birth date is required to access Disney Cruise Line’s secure site. Be sure it is identical to the date provided at time of booking otherwise access will be denied. • For last-minute bookings (made one month or LESS before sail date), you must printyour boarding documents from the cruise line’s website.
Travel Documents • Cruise line travel e-documents will be available to access online after the final payment is made and you have registered required passenger information online. • Regardless of your booking date, Holland America Line only issues e-documents. They can be printed from the cruise line’s web site approximately 45 days before sailing.
Travel Documents • Cruise line travel e-documents are dispatched within 21-14 days prior to sail date by Louis Cruises Lines after the final payment is made. • Regardless of your booking date, Louis Cruise Lines only issues e-documents. • There is no online registration for Louis Cruises. Personal passenger information will have to be provided at the pier.
