1. Farfalle Presidenziale (Italian)

Farfalle, or bowtie pasta, with a rich cream sauce balanced by the sultry tang of smoked salmon, the salty pleasure of ham and the delicate freshness of peas.

 

2. Jonga Shrimp Spring Rolls (Jamaican/Asian)

Peppers, onions, shiitake mushrooms and crawfish mixed with Sandals Lifestyle One Love Jerk Marinade® and Sandals Lifestyle Shout Out Loud Sauce Extreme Hot Sauce®, wrapped in pastry and fried to crunchy perfection.

 

3. Thai Chicken Stir Fry (Thai)

Tender chicken, bok choy, snow peas and shiitake mushrooms all married together in coconut milk, lemon grass and fiery red curry, served over gorgeous rice noodles. 

 

4. Mahi Mahi Doré (Caribbean)

Outstanding mahi mahi fillets marinated in Sandals Lifestyle One Love Jerk Marinade® and soy sauce and then pan-fried to perfection. Served with Sandals Lifestyle Catch A Fire Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce® for kicks.

 

5. Fish & Chips (English)
