- Due to various weather conditions, the restored beach is experiencing erosion on a daily basis. As a result of this erosion the size of the beach varies from day to day. In an effort to maintain the beach area Real Resorts has placed sand bags along the Ocean shore to assist in maintaining the Beach.
In an effort to recover the beach, Real Resorts has commenced a dredging project. As a result, during the day (9am-5pm), minimal visual construction and noise levels may be distracting. This is due to be completed May 31, 2008
UPDATE: July 8/09: The completion date for this dredging project has been delayed until further notice.
- In an effort to upgrade service and facilities, renovations are currently taking place to expand the water park, Kids' Mini and Teen Clubs. As a result, visual and noise distractions are present during the day. The completion date has not been determined and will be advised as updates are provided.
