Free Wedding Package
Special package includes:
- A mini reception after ceremony where cake and sparkling wine are served
- Diner reception in one of the a la carte restaurants on the wedding night (bridal couple only, additional guests will be charged $12.50 CUC)
- Upgrade to a mini-suite (subject to availability)
- Translator and witnesses (if necessary)
- Decoration of the site chosen by the couple in the area of the hotel
- Live music performed by the hotel band
- Honeymoon service (fruit, selected flower, national liquor bottle, late checkout)
- Wedding Certificate (legalized by the Cuban Foreign Affairs Office and the respective Embassy).
- Bridal bouquet and boutonniere for the Groom
- 12 Photographs
- Continental Breakfast on the next day in the room
- Some documents (if divorced, a divorce certificate; If widowed, a marriage and death certificate) must be translated into Spanish if issued in a different language and legalized by the Cuban Consulate in the issuing country
- All weddings are performed by a public notary
- Wedding ceremonies are performed on weekdays only (Mondays to Fridays) from 10am to 4pm, the wedding will be performed at least 3 days after the clients arrival
- It is recommended that all the arrangements should be made according to the Cuban law Regulations; copies of the documents are to be sent at least 30 days in advance, to legalize them before the wedding; the Wedding Coordinator will inform the clients accordingly in case of any inconsistencies prior to their arrival at the resort
